Wrapped Creations is currently seeking expressions of interest from experienced Event Coordinators to join our fun-loving, dynamic, and innovative team in Perth.
We are looking for an Event Coordinator who keeps their cool under pressure and can keep several projects running successfully in parallel. Experience in both Project Management and Event Management is key, with some technical knowledge being strongly advantageous, as the role covers projects across the business including strategy development, event conceptualization as well as event planning and execution.
This is an exciting opportunity to be part of the fast-paced world of events within a fun and driven team of event professionals. As one of our Events Coordinators, you will hit the ground running coordinating events and working on a wide range of upcoming projects including festivals, conferences, gala dinners and much more. The role is full-time and based in our Perth office.
The Role
As one of our Event Coordinators you will:
- Manage client event projects from event conceptualization right through to overseeing a seamless event delivery;
- Define project scopes, goals, budgets, deliverables and dependencies in conjunction with key stakeholders;
- Work with external contractors to determine third-party costs for events and projects;
- Identify resources needed, assign and prioritise tasks / responsibilities and ensure deadlines are met;
- Prepare project timelines and work with the events teams to ensure milestones and deadlines are met;
- Prepare the necessary documentation to ensure smooth and successful delivery of projects;
- Manage expectations throughout the project and event lifecycle and communicate project status transparently and regularly to the client;
- Identify risks upfront and effectively mitigate and manage these with our team and clients;
- Ensure the delivery of high-volume projects and events on time and budget;
- Contribute to Wrapped Creations ongoing strategic objectives and goals;
- Maintain a high awareness of industry issues and trends;
- Ensure the highest standards of professional behaviour by consistent and determined application of Wrapped Creations’ values in all internal and external activities.

We are looking for someone who is:
- Highly organised and detail orientated;
- Passionate about delivering extraordinary event experiences for our clients;
- Learns fast and can grasp the requirements of a project quickly;
- Works effectively under pressure and able to juggle multiple projects at one time;
- A natural problem-solver and able to pull a project back on track when the unexpected comes up;
- Can work with a team or independently to create event concepts that are tailored for our clients’ needs.
- Able to take ownership to deliver a project across all key milestones including event conceptualization, event budget development, third-party contractor management, event approvals, event delivery and right through to post-event wrap up.
Skills and Experience
Our ideal candidate will have:
- 2 years’ experience in a Project or Event Management role ideally across a range of event styles;
- Demonstrated experience in client or account management;
- Fantastic customer service ethic, excellent interpersonal skills and high expectations for quality;
- Demonstrated experience in time sheeting, scheduling and job management;
- Proficient using the Web to conduct research as well as with the latest versions of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint;
- Able to travel regionally to assist in the delivery of client events.
