🎉 Are you young at heart, buzzing with enthusiasm, and have an undying love for coffee? Step right up! We're not your ordinary 9-5 gig. We're Coffee On Cue, and we're looking for a dynamic Driver Barista for our Sydney Team. ☕👨‍👩‍👧‍👦

Imagine sipping the perfect cup of specialty coffee, but at an event! That's what we do. Coffee on Cue takes your favourite café experience and brings it to events. We roast our coffee in-house and are fiercely committed to quality and values.

As an Events Driver Barista you'll be the backbone of our operations, both behind the scenes and front and centre at events. You'll be:

• Operating our top-of-the-line La Marzocco gear 🔧
• Making sure our coffee carts are Instagrammable and operations are flawless 📸
• Dabbling in warehouse operations, coffee-making, and cart deliveries 🚚
• Growing and leading our team to event coffee success!

You'll work from our warehouse and at live events! Get ready for a schedule that's as varied as our coffee blends.

• Event-centric, with occasional weekend commitments 🗓️

• A clearly defined growth path with regular coaching 📈
• Your personal coffee subscription for home ☕
• Regular team outings and socials 🎉
• Visiting new locations in/ and around the Sydney Central Business District 🏢

• 3 years of specialty coffee experience (Less will be considered if you're a superstar!) ☕
• Strong communication skills 📞
• Tech-savvy and good with software 💻
• Valid full Australian driver's license 🚗
• Ability to lift 40 kgs
