Event Marketing Manager

Work with a global software organisation!

6 month contract with view to extend

You will be responsible for planning, organizing, and executing events that drive new customer acquisition and increased engagement with current customers across in-person events and virtual events.

What your day to day looks like:

• Develop and execute event strategies that align with the company’s marketing goals and objectives
• Plan and manage all aspects of events, including budgeting, logistics, vendor management, and on-site execution
• Deliver virtual and in person training events; including managing trainers and moderating events
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of events • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and vendors
• Utilize data and analytics to measure the success of events and make data-driven decisions for future events
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve event strategies and execution

Skills and expereince required:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
• Strong stakeholder management skills, including working with external agencies and across different timezones
• 3+ years of experience in event planning and execution
• Experience with virtual events utilizing the on24 platform, including managing audience interaction and Q&A, or similar
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
