Event Producer - Corporate Events Agency

Our client is a highly regarded global Engagement and Marketing agency - specialising in live & virtual events as well as strategic & digital communication. They work with a select number of market-leading brands across multiple industries, with a focus on IT, Pharma, Automotive and Professional Services.  
  
They have deep, long-standing relationships with their clients, helping them develop event brands that communicate their identity. Our client is experiencing significant growth and is looking for an experienced Event Producer to join their Creative Services team.  
  
The role: 
This role reports directly to the Creative Services Director and will be expected to mentor team members and assist them to grow their professional skillset. The purpose of this role is to work collaboratively with clients to showcase the agency's talent and experience, guiding corporate clients in what can be done and push the creative boundaries on a wide range of corporate event formats  

• Successfully design, implement, and execute events/customer experiences 
• High level stakeholder management and communication skills- working closely with the client, agency teams and suppliers to deliver exceptional events 
• Respond to event briefs with creative concepts and assist with pitch preparation and presentations 
• Successful hands-on project delivery of creative services projects/events 
• Supplier and venue research, briefing, and management 
• Provide weekly verbal and/or written reports on the status of current and planned activities including events, customer information/feedback, market intelligence, and any other relevant information 
• Accurate budget management and customer billing 

 Candidate profile: 

• You will have a minimum of 6 years' experience as an Event Producer. Agency experience is essential.
• Proven experience in creative conception, design and producing dynamic and creative event solutions from concept to delivery 
• Corporate event experience is a must 
• Must have strong AV production experience & knowledge as well as concept development and styling 
• CAD drawing skills are highly desirable but not essential
• Experienced with project delivery 
• Experience with bespoke sourcing of suppliers/fabricators and good knowledge of local suppliers
• Ability and confidence to showcase the agency’s talent, experience and skills, and capabilities to clients. Strong client relationship management 
• You will be customer centric with superior attention to detail 
• You will have strong verbal and written communication skills 
• Be team orientated and results driven 
• You will possess the resilience to handle a fast-paced working environment, be able to work autonomously, with a passion for excellence  
• Must have valid Drivers License and be able to travel for projects 
• Weekend and out-of-hours work
