About this awesome role!...

We are looking for a Sydney based Associate Producer to join our team ASAP!. The Associate Producer is a key member of our production team and works collaboratively to deliver “audience first” experiences for our customers on a wide range of corporate events including conferences, incentives, product launches, kickoffs, gala dinners, virtual events + more!

As the ideal candidate, you are someone that is passionate about creative event production, has exceptional attention to detail and interpersonal skills, and is very customer focussed.

Most of all you love working as part of a fun and dynamic team.

You do need to hit the ground running though, so you would need to have a minimum of three-year’s experience working in a similar role delivering corporate events within an agency environment.

Here is a snapshot of the “nuts and bolts” of what this role entails.

The Associate Producer is engaged in the complete end-to-end process of delivering an event. They act independently on smaller projects, and/or support Senior Producers on larger, more complex events.

Typical tasks include:

Pre and post-event production / administration

- Attend internal and customer briefings

- Research and development of concepts, ideas, speakers, entertainment, theming

- Preparation of production proposals

- Development and management of production budgets

- Assist in scouting venues and attending site visits

- Liaise with and coordinate third party resources/vendors as required. Vendors include audio visual, talent and entertainment, venues, exhibition suppliers, creative specialists, designers

- Collect and collate content for on-site playback and presentations

- Work alongside our Digital Media team to develop additional content as required

- Create schedules and relevant documentation for onsite production including production schedules, show runs, briefing documents, floor plans.

- Preparation of risk assessments

On site production

- Attend event locations (domestically and internationally as required)

- Manage onsite production deliverables including setup, packdown and show elements

- Stage management (assisting other Veritas Producers) on larger shows

- Showcalling as required on smaller events

- Manage on site vendor activities

Other skills and qualifications

- Exceptional time management and the ability to manage conflicting deadlines

- Mid level experience of MS Office products incl Word, Excel and Powerpoint (essential)

- Experience with the Adobe Suite (preferred)

- Experience with Canva (preferred)

- Australian drivers licence

- Australian passport
