Are you progressing to, or have recently progressed to an Associate Producer level and passionate about continuing to build your career as a Producer? We are looking for an Associate Producer to join our Sydney-based Events team on a permanent full time basis.
About the role.
As an Associate Producer at KOJO, you will work directly with our national events team under the direction of the Executive Producer, contributing to delivering world class live events, conferences and activation experiences.
The role will be responsible for providing project and administrative support on larger projects and leading smaller event programs, under guidance from the EP. Working in conjunction with the Executive Producer and team, the day to day responsibilities include:
- Confidently lead small and mid sized projects from beginning to end, including resource management, project timelines and budget management to ensure profitability and delivery that achieves clients business objectives
- Manage and maintain excellent client, contractor and supplier relationships
- Contribute to creative and strategy development
This role has fantastic development opportunities for someone who is passionate about events and delivering outstanding outcomes for our clients, with a willingness to learn and be mentored.
From time to time, this role involves non-traditional hours, including early mornings, late nights, weekends, and public holidays to meet client on-site event and business requirements.
About you.
We are seeking a driven individual who is progressing or has recently progressed to an Associate Producer level (3-5 years experience ideal) and is looking to play an active and collaborative role within the KOJO event team, with excellent communication, project management and budgeting skills.
You will be comfortable working with other producers, technical and creative directors, and designers, and able to interpret and coordinate client and internal briefs.
Being highly organised, detail oriented whilst keeping an eye on the big picture, and a self-starter are keys to success in this role.
