We are looking for an Event Producer/Production Manager to work with our team in delivering experiential projects for our clients: from design, production and build, through to installation and reporting. This contract is primarily for a recurring project in the luxury fashion retail space with potential to extend into a long-term role.
The right candidate:
- Confident in liaising with clients, suppliers and stakeholders to create and implement production plans, timelines and budgets.
- Has a solid understanding of production processes and logistics.
- Comfortable in briefing and managing production personnel.
- Enthusiastic about creative & administrative processes as well as hands-on work as required.
- Has a creative flair, eye for detail and a genuine interest in applied arts.
Its a dynamic role working primarily in our Tottenham production facility, mixing great communication and planning skills with hands-on processes: the typical day starts with emails, video calls & spreadsheets and finishes with overseeing and assisting the crew on the factory floor.
3 month, full time contract starting mid-April. WFH/hybrid during pre/post production. At factory during production. On-site during installs.
Your background is in one (or many) relevant fields, i.e.: event planning/management, set design and production, art direction, experiential marketing, pop-ups/retail, visual merchandising, entertainment/festivals.
Skill expectations:
- Mandatory: Excel, Powerpoint, Stapler, Hot Glue Gun.
- Ideal: +Adobe Suite (Photoshop/Illustrator/InDesign), can reverse a small truck.
- Wow!: +Midjourney/CHATgpt, Impact Driver.
