Responsibilities
We are currently looking for an Event & Sales Coordinator to join our Kingpin Sales team in Sydney. This role is exciting and allows you to grow and develop within a global company, whilst being hands-on and assisting in the creation of REMARKABLE events for our guests!
Your responsibilities will include:
- Selling exceptional events to our group and corporate guests and upselling our exciting packages.
- Pro-actively seeking out new business leads through Business Development.
- Managing guest expectations and requirements for our guests from inquiry to following up for feedback after the events.
- Managing and cultivating existing partnerships.
- Liaising between our Kingpin Crown venue team and the guests to ensure seamless events.
- Customising experiences for each guest through highlighting the benefits of our top-notch premium packages, beverage offerings and selling our sizzling new menu!
- Promoting Kingpin and being a proud brand ambassador.
- Delivering exceptional and premium service.
Skills and experience
This role is integral to the Kingpin Sales team and would suit a candidate who is passionate about Kingpin and delivering incredible events. This role will bring new opportunities and challenges! This is not a commission-based role, but there are very achievable bonus targets that will allow you to earn money on top of your base rate!
In addition, the ideal candidate will possess:
- Prior experience within Sales, ideally from a retail or entertainment industry.
- A passion for selling, delivering results, and striving for excellence.
- A genuine desire to deliver truly remarkable experiences.
- Demonstrated ability to build long term business partnerships.
- Well-developed persuasion, negotiation and influencing skills.
