About the role….
- The Event & Customer Services department manages the logistical coordination and seamless event day service delivery of events in the Centre through the delivery of the set up and strike of furniture and equipment across all event spaces and foyers, client liaison and venue presentation.
- This hands on role will assist with leading a team that flexes across manual labour, customer service focussed roles, event specific resourcing and event operations to ensure the highest standards of service and venue presentation are met.
- The ability to remain flexible and embrace a fluid, fast paced and physically demanding environment whilst leading a customer focused team to achieve high standards in quality and efficiency is a must.
- Exceptional presentation standards are to be maintained at all times and all event spaces and room set ups and room pack downs are to be completed within the allocated time.
- This role is separate to Event Planning and aside from Food & Beverage Service.
