Based in Melbourne as our Events and Operations Senior Coordinator, we are seeking an event management professional who will thrive on collaborating with people, coordinate event specific elements of programs and resource planning, align administrative operations and deliver on an exceptional client experience within a passionate and high performing client experience team.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Assist Sponsorship and Events (S&E) team in organising and executing hospitality, technical events, virtual experiences, and select internal office events.
- Liaise and negotiate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Generate unique concepts/ideas for exceptional client experiences.
- Coordinate resource planning and manage operational duties for the S&E team.
- Support elements of brand campaigns and overarching firm events according to best practice within the firm.
- Guarantee a smooth delivery of event logistics.
- Perform additional responsibilities as required to meet the agreed performance outcomes.
