Form of workCouncil is looking for casual Events Assistants to help our Events team to deliver a range of Council and community events.
The position forms part of a dynamic team responsible for delivering a wide range of Council's major annual events including Lunar New Year; Christmas; Lane Cove Festival and Festival by the River events. Assistance is also required for both small and large music events in The Canopy and the Lane Cove Plaza.
The successful candidates will be enthusiastic ambassadors for Council at events and must be helpful, cheerful and reliable and be able to present a positive and professional image of Council.
Events Assistants will normally be required to work after normal hours, including weekends and public holidays as required.
The salary payable will be $33.18 per hour.
