You will be working for a well established manufacturing organisation. They are in the market for a Part time Payroll Officer to join the team on a permanent basis.
Your New Role
You will be reporting into the Financial Controller and completing the below:
- Work with outsource provider (ADP) to process the end to end payroll for 1 weekly , 2 fortnightly and 4 monthly payrolls for +- 120 employees
- Review reports provided by ADP and sign off
- Prepare journals with payroll data that is provided by ADP and send to shared service centre for processing
- End of month payroll administration (e.g. payment and deduction reconciliations and payroll tax processing)
- Workers Compensation payroll administration
- Calculation of term pays/redundancies
- Liaise with ADP to maintain payroll records
- Interpreting awards/agreements and contracts in relation to overtime, shift
allowances etc. - Other Payroll Administration duties as required
What you need to succeed
You will need previous Payroll experience. Preferably able to use ADP and be able to work specific hours for the 2 days required.
