Personal presentation and creating a professional impression as an ambassador for the venue at all times will be of utmost importance.

The applicants we are seeking will:
- Have a minimum of 1 year experience in a Conference and Banqueting role
- Have a positive can do attitude and a genuine passion for service excellence
- Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Have strong attention to detail
- Be a positive self starter
- Demonstrate leadership and initiative in a fast paced high pressure environment
- Strong food & beverage service background
- Maintain consistently high standards of conduct of work and work performance across all aspects of the job
- Show initiative and willingness to learn
- Be reliable with a friendly and outgoing personality
- Be team focused
- Be flexible to work a variety of shifts and different days including weekends
- Current Responsible Service of Alcohol Statement of Attainment
