This position will report to the Events Sales Manager and will offer key administrative and sales support to both our clients and hotel.
Job Description
Working amongst an incredible C&E team with the direct support of a highly experienced Events Sales Manager, you will:

• Be responsible for coordinating events which includes liaising with the client, preparing & distributing event orders and following the hotel billing procedure
• Conduct site inspections with clients & suppliers
• Respond to enquiries and prepare quotations based on the client needs covering food & beverage and hotel accommodation
• Build relationships and converting business
• Liaise with the Hotel operational teams to ensure exceptional service & successful events are achieved.

Qualifications

• Proven success in events & exceptional communication skills with the ability to easily build rapport with internal and external clients
• A 'can do' attitude
• Ability to work & thrive in a close-knit team environment
• A ‘quick thinker’ with excellent problem solving skills
• Strong communication skills and great attention to detail.
• Operational conference & events experience would be highly regarded
• Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office, Opera Cloud and Outlook
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to effectively prioritize
