About the Role
The Operations leader is an exciting and diverse role within the leadership team. They are responsible for overseeing and ensuring the operations team are thriving and servicing clients to exceptional standards whilst identifying sales to increase business growth. Overall, they are the strategic drivers of the business through careful planning, monitoring, analysing and assessing all that is necessary to support ETM’s continuous growth and success.
The Operations Leaders develops and supports the NSW business, in conjunction with the National Operations Leader. Ensure the teams are appropriately resourced, trained & mentored and achieve their financial targets.
An Operations Leader must oversee the overall team’s workforce productivity to deliver these promises. This can be impacted by technology, recruitment, turnover, rostering and leave planning, induction, knowledge management, development or performance management.
