About The Role:
- Manage a small warehouse where inventory is stored and ensure inventory is correct and up to date
- Allocate items for drivers to pickup and deliver to venues across Melbourne
- Handle operations for everything needed for an event and ensure it is returned to the warehouse upon completion
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders while providing tailor-made operational and logistics advice
- Prior experience in managing inventory or equipment hire and the operational requirements for a large catering business
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to liaise with stakeholders of all levels
- Proficient in use of Microsoft Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word and PowerPoint)
