About the Property Council

Position Purpose
To provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the National Events & Programs team.
Key responsibilities
- Undertake concierge tasks under the direction of the team.
- Respond to all enquiries and requests via incoming calls and emails relating to all national events and programs.
- Attend domestic national events and programs providing support to the team.
- Undertake system tasks under the direction of the team in the areas of registrations/Upbeat, Awards Force and Art of Mentoring
- Provide administrative support around the sponsorship function for National Events & Programs including drafting of contract templates and assisting with coordinating deliverables according to contract arrangements for events.
- Undertake administration tasks as required including diary management, organising team meetings, prepare and distribute meeting agendas and minutes, reconciling credit card statements, booking team travel & accommodation.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, particularly verbal, and can adapt to style and medium to suit message and audience.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritise to meet and exceed deadlines.
- Professional attitude and professional personal presentation.
- Highly organised and efficient – ability to juggle and prioritise many tasks at the same time through the use of effective time management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and flexibly in a small team environment and under direction.
- Hard working, bright, astute, quick thinker and a ‘can-do’ attitude.
- Mandatory proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
