We are a Custom-Catered Day Program for participants of the NDIS we strive to fulfill the desire of freedom and enjoyment among all of our clients. We need people that have a passion to improve the participants quality of life.
We are looking for a number of Energetic, Passionate, driven, motivated, resourceful and creative people to join our team to ensure the absolute most can be made out of any situation.
We are looking for staff to allocate to specific clients on a more permanent basis as well as staff that can alternate between clients regularly in a group environment and 1:1 by assisting them with day-to-day activities and taking them out daily to the following:
Outings:
- Movie Cinemas, Mini Putt Putt Golf, Driving Range Golf, Karaoke, Arcade & AMF Bowling
- Train and Ferry Rides around Sydney & Beach Days
- Wildlife Parks, Zoos & Aquariums
- Swimming at Aquatic Centres
- National Parks, BBQ Days Lakes & Rivers
- Cafe's, Sports Clubs, Bingo, RSL's & Shopping Centres
- Dance / Cooking / Baking Sessions, Nail Painting, Spa Days, Gardening, Pottery, Games & Arts + Crafts
- Magic, Music & Comedy Shows, Musicals, Horse Races and Carnivals
- Art Galleries & Historical Museums
- Various Sports & Gym sessions
Regular Hours 9:00 am - 3:00 pm Monday - Friday (Days can be flexible for the right candidate, although staff with full time availability will be prioritized at this time) + Optional Saturday & Sunday
Overtime, Afternoon Shifts, Weekends, and Public Holidays are sometimes available and are always optional.
We are an NDIS registered provider looking for a motivated individual to provide intensive care and support to those living with disabilities by assisting them on outings and in home with personal care.

Requirements for this role:
- Preferably, minimum 1 year experience in a disability, nursing, aged care or mental health role. If you do not have experience but believe you have the capabilities to perform well in this role feel free to apply.
- or cert 2/3 + in individual support, aged care, mental health or community service.
- Car License (Red Ps or higher accepted) + Personal Car you are willing and able to transport clients in with travel cost reimbursement (90c per kilometer)
- First aid certificate (must be willing to obtain)
- Pass an NDISWC, WWCC & Police Check (must be willing to obtain)
- Willingness to complete free online NDIS Module Courses
- Willingness to learn and take on new challenges
- Ability withstand pressure in stressful situations and problem solve
