Your new role
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be working alongside a collaborative and friendly HR team of 4 and will be looking after end to end recruitment for a variety of clinical positions.
Responsibilities:
- Managing the end to end recruitment process for 15 to 30 positions at any given time
- Liaising with hiring managers to understand their needs and advise them on recruitment strategies
- Reviewing position descriptions and posting ads on different advertising platforms
- Phone screening candidates, shortlisting and scheduling interviews
- Sitting on interview panels when required
- Processing references, police checks and other pre-employment checks, letters of offers and contracts
What you'll need to succeed
- Relevant experience in a similar role recruiting clinical positions in a high-volume environment
- Ability to liaise and advise stakeholders at all levels
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- All candidates must have a valid WWCC and a Police Check to be eligible for this role
- NFP experience is highly desirable but not essential
- Role start date is 8th July
