Our well-established client is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Receptionist / Office Administrator to join our passionate team.

What's On Offer:

Prime Location: The office is conveniently located in Artarmon, close to public transport. Enjoy a free courtesy loop bus that drops you right at the doorstep. Prefer driving? Limited street parking is available.
Balanced Work Hours: This full-time position runs Monday to Friday, 7.30 am to 4.30 pm, giving you evenings and weekends free.

Your Role:

  • Handle the main company inbox and respond to enquiries
  • Create and update job records in our system
  • Amend work orders and client files
  • Answer incoming calls and provide excellent customer service
  • Provide administrative support to the team
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders
  • Perform ad hoc duties as needed
What You Bring:
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Team-oriented with a professional, engaging personality
  • Self-motivated and enthusiastic
  • Flexible and reliable
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Proven experience in a similar role
  • Ability to work onsite full time
  • Covid-19 vaccinated (due to contractual obligations)
