The Opportunity
This role revolves around client servicing, ensuring exceptional service delivery, and optimizing operational efficiency. These aspects are crucial for achieving success in this position.
Responsibilities:
Assist in both the restoration and building sectors with administrative support.
Generate insurance and building reports for clients.
Manage correspondence with clients, including creating and responding to messages.
Schedule appointments for staff and contractors by contacting customers.
General office duties.
Reporting to the Office Manager to surpass customer service standards.
Identify opportunities for process improvement to exceed service standards and enhance data quality.
Adhere to reporting protocols, due processes, and escalation procedures.
Elevate the client experience through exceptional customer service.
