Our commercial client is searching for an exceptional Executive Assistant to join their team on an initial contract basis with opportunity for extensions, to support across their Executive team. In this pivotal role, you'll be the Executive's trusted confidante, managing their schedule, travel, and ensuring smooth day-to-operations.
Responsibilities- Calendar & Schedule Management: Managing the calendar, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Communication & Collaboration: You will be the first point of contact, fielding calls, emails, and inquiries.
- Purchasing & Vendor Management: You will be responsible for raising purchase orders in our bespoke system for office supplies, travel-related expenses, or other Executive-approved purchases.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role.
- Superior organizational skills and the ability to prioritize effectively.
- Impeccable communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.
- A proactive and resourceful approach to problem-solving.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
- A positive and professional demeanor with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Experience with Dynamics 365 for Finance is advantageous.
