This is a 12-month FTC role (with potential to become permanent) with a national Design studio specialising in landscape architecture, master planning and strategic development. The role on offer is for a Project Executive Assistant to be based out of their Gold Coast studio.
Supporting an office of 10, you will be able to work autonomously and proactively. The ideal candidate will have administration and document control experience within the design industry. There is scope to really make a mark in this established firm, by implementing new and improving existing processes within operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Taking care of the needs of the team in all aspects of the office.
- Project and documentation administration.
- Diary and workflow management with a focus on the provision of solid administrative support.
- Document control, including quality assurance and coordination across team documentation.
- General reception duties.
- Ad hoc duties as guided by the senior leadership.
Skills and Experience
- Minimum 3 years’ experience as an EA / Project administrator.
- Industry experience working within the design industry.
- Pro-active by nature and display a high level of initiative.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Highly proficient in MS Office suite.
