In this role, you will be responsible for the ongoing, successful management of the organisation in accordance with the strategies, policies, mission and values.
The scope of this role requires a high level of clinical skills and business acumen including strong financial management, leadership skills and the ability to delegate responsibilities to others ensuring the optimal level of care is provided to residents. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in Aged Care and be competent in all aspects of executive management.

- Responsible for oversight of clinical care, strategic planning, operations and financial management

- Reporting to the board
- Medium home that is fully accredited until 2027
- Current AHPRA registration - DIV 1 is essential
- Extensive senior managerial experience in the Aged Care sector
- Up to date with the changing environment of Aged Care
- Great understanding of Aged Care legislation
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Organized and an ability to use online systems
- Strong commercial acumen including working with operational budgets and financial management
