About the position
Due to internal promotions, we are recruiting for two full-time Executive Assistants in the Office of the Provost, located within the high-performing, hybrid working, Executive Operations team.
The Office of the Provost Executive Operations Team is responsible for providing support to the Office of the Provost executives, working in collaboration with schools, university divisions and other relevant stakeholders as well as providing support and management for strategic projects, procurement, purchasing, invoicing, travel management, events, and space and facilities management.
About the Office of the Provost
The Office of the Provost is responsible for providing academic leadership to the schools, ensuring that schools have strategic and operational plans in place to achieve their objectives, holding them accountable for delivering on those plans and on their budgets, and supports them to do so through the strategic support and other professional services provided from the teams within the Office of the Provost.
Skills and Experience
To be considered for this position, you will have; * Demonstrated planning and organisational skills including an ability to coordinate work, manage busy schedules, meet competing timelines and be proactive by anticipating future needs or issues.

• Demonstrated capacity to deal with matters tactfully, discreetly and in the strictest of confidence.
• Demonstrated commitment to continuous improvement in administrative processes.
• Demonstrated ability to set priorities and monitor workflows within own area of responsibility.
