An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Executive Assistant to join the Lendlease Australia Legal & CoSec team supporting our General Counsel of Australia and the team based in our Barangaroo office.
As an Executive Assistant, this role will manage the day-to-day schedule/diary of the General Counsel of Australia, organising and scheduling meetings, proactively identifying priorities and commitments, and coordinating appropriately. You will be required to organise and manage significant business and special events for the Legal team, both internally and externally.
Furthermore, this role will involve:
Providing a broad range of administrative support to the General Counsel Australia and act as first point of contact for internal/external enquiries for the legal team.
Assisting in the preparation of various documents including but not limited to reports, PowerPoint presentations, letters, spreadsheets, memoranda and file notes within agreed timeframes.
Booking and managing all travel arrangements for the General Counsel Australia.
Developing a good knowledge of company policies and procedures to support the business.
Working with members of Lendlease Australia’s Legal and CoSec Team and providing support, when required.
To be successful in this role you will have:
Excellent administrative and organisational skills along with proven experience in a similar senior role supporting Senior Executives within a corporate, fast paced and dynamic environment.
Advanced Microsoft suite skills
Strong organisational skills and ability manage competing demands and a strong customer service ethic.
Positive, proactive attitude, collaborative nature and strong communication skills; key with engaging with multiple internal and external stakeholders concurrently.
High attention to detail and the ability to work confidently and with highly sensitive information.
Able to operate with the utmost discretion at all time.
