RDA Murray is seeking an Executive Assistant to join our team and support us in delivering economic growth, innovation and entrepreneurship in the community, industry, and the environment in the Murray NSW region. As the Executive Assistant, you will provide a pivotal role providing executive support, governance and administrative support to facilitate the delivery of business operations, while supporting the Director Regional Development and the Board.
- 0.6 FTE / 22.8 hours per week contract (flexible working arrangements available)
- $70,000 - $80,000 FTE salary depending on previous experience

In return you can show off what your skillset can deliver to:
- Provide confidential and complex executive administrative support to the Director, Board, and subcommittees
- Provide administrative and logistical support to all aspects of governance, including preparation of board papers and briefs, minutes, reporting, contracts, policies, and governance and compliance requirements
- Managing communications including phone calls; monitoring emails and actioning as appropriate
- Develop and maintain working relationships with a broad range of stakeholders both internal and external to RDA Murray
- Deal professionally with sensitive and confidential issues that arise within RDA Murray and generally
- Coordinate, administer, and maintain correspondence, records and databases
- Process invoices, purchasing, corporate card and expenses, payroll and annual audit preparation
- Arrange/monitor travel and accommodation
- General office administration
- Assist with planning of events
Key Qualifications, skills and experience
- Qualifications in Business Administration or previous experience in a similar role supporting Senior Management and Boards
- High level of written and verbal communication skills including use of advanced Microsoft Office, verbal de-escalation, clear boundary setting and a compassionate, reassuring demeanour
- Excellent attention to detail, coupled with strong organisational skills including office management and record keeping
- High level practices demonstrating a commitment to quality, professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality
- Australian Class C Driver’s License
