Your Opportunity
Our Restructuring team is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant and Office Support Manager who is looking to work closely in a professional and collaborative environment. This fantastic corporate opportunity allows you to be first point of contact for our Partners and Executive Directors, all while working in a supportive team.
Your key areas of responsibility will include:
- Direct assistance to the Partners and Executive Directors with the daily management of word processing, diary management and general secretarial support.
- Organise meetings and luncheons for the Partners
- Organise travel itineraries, including booking travel and accommodation
- Manage incoming calls, incoming emails (as required) and correspondence, ensuring correspondence is attended to promptly and directed to the appropriate person
- Organise client functions and marketing events internally and externally hosted events
- Update CRM database including client contacts, organisations, opportunities and events as required
About you
As an ideal candidate for this role, you will:
- Have previous experience as an Executive Assistant and/ or Office Manager in a professional services environment preferred
- Be well presented and client service orientated
- Have good Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
- Be able to work independently as well as part of a busy and dynamic team
- Have strong communication and time management skills
- Have exposure to CRM beneficial
