- Proven experience in executive assistance or office management, preferably within the construction industry, large commercial or not for profit organisation
- High attention to detail, proficiency in managing multiple tasks efficiently, and discretion in handling confidential information are essential
- Experience arranging corporate events including, EOFY, internal social parties and corporate client events
- Proactive approach to problem-solving, seeking out innovative solutions to challenges, and showing readiness to adapt to evolving needs
- Ability to think creatively and contribute fresh perspectives will be instrumental in driving operational excellence and fostering a culture of innovation within the company
