The Role
As the Executive Assistant/Office Manager at Nathan Contractors, you will play a essential role in supporting the General Manager and senior management team, ensuring operational efficiency, facilitating seamless communication, and maintaining a productive office environment. With a focus on diverse responsibilities spanning administrative support, event coordination, financial assistance, and more, this position offers a dynamic platform for professional growth and contribution to the continued success of a leading organisation in the civil construction sector.

Proven experience in executive assistance or office management, preferably within the construction industry, large commercial or not for profit organisation
High attention to detail, proficiency in managing multiple tasks efficiently, and discretion in handling confidential information are essential
Experience arranging corporate events including, EOFY, internal social parties and corporate client events
Proactive approach to problem-solving, seeking out innovative solutions to challenges, and showing readiness to adapt to evolving needs
Ability to think creatively and contribute fresh perspectives will be instrumental in driving operational excellence and fostering a culture of innovation within the company
Salary / Rate
$95k – $110k + 11% Superannuation
