As the Executive Assistant/Office Manager at Nathan Contractors, you will play a essential role in supporting the General Manager and senior management team, ensuring operational efficiency, facilitating seamless communication, and maintaining a productive office environment. • Proven experience in executive assistance or office management, preferably within the construction industry, large commercial or not for profit organisation
• High attention to detail, proficiency in managing multiple tasks efficiently, and discretion in handling confidential information are essential
• Experience arranging corporate events including, EOFY, internal social parties and corporate client events
• Proactive approach to problem-solving, seeking out innovative solutions to challenges, and showing readiness to adapt to evolving needs
• Ability to think creatively and contribute fresh perspectives will be instrumental in driving operational excellence and fostering a culture of innovation within the company
