About the Position
Council is seeking an enthusiastic person, or people, with exceptional interpersonal skills and an eye for attention to detail, to provide exceptional administrative support to Council's General Manager.
When required, this position will also provide support and assistance to Council's Mayor, Councillors and Executive Leadership Team (ELT). It is critical that this position operates in a confidential manner and can commit to monthly out-of-hours Council Meetings and Workshops to provide administrative support.
We are looking for a dynamic individual(s) who has high level administrative skills and has experience providing executive level support.

Working conditions include a 35 hour week , 9 day fortnight, with a salary inthe range of $65,832p.a to $80,990p.a plus 11% CouncilSuperannuation contribution. This position is a full time position however, Council is open to exploring a job share arrangement with some flexibility around work location, days and hours of work. The position salary range spans between a Grade 10 and Grade 12 under Council's Salary System and will be discussed and reliant on the individual skill sets.
