The Portfolio of the Deputy Vice-Chancellor (Enterprise and Engagement) and Senior Vice-President shares responsibility for the successful delivery of the University's vision and strategic goals. The portfolio provides University-wide strategic support for industry partnerships, commercialisation, industry engagement and innovation, student entrepreneurship, employability and work experience, to provide a focus for achievement of the 'Enterprise' goals of Monash University's Impact 2030 Strategic Plan. The DVC (Enterprise and Engagement) works as part of the Vice-Chancellor's Group in ensuring that Monash is a truly enterprising University, both in what it does and how it does it.
The Opportunity
We are seeking an effective Executive Assistant to partner with up to three Account Directors supporting the Enterprise Business Development and Strategic Delivery teams. You will play a pivotal role in supporting the facilitation of a continuum of c-suite client service excellence across key strategic partnerships nationally and globally.
Acting as the conduit between key internal stakeholders and external industry engagement representatives, you will be required to exercise a large degree of independence, initiative, and judgement in the performance of work. With the ability to plan, set priorities and meet deadlines, this role requires a dynamic individual with a passion for precision coordination.
This role is a full-time position; however, flexible working arrangements may be negotiated.
About You
As the successful candidate you will be an experienced Executive Assistant in a c-suite context, with strong communication and organisational skills to help ensure that this team is well supported and able to meet the demands of their ever-changing work.
Your strong administrative skills, highly developed computer literacy and professionalism in a busy and complex environment will ensure your success in this position.
