About the role
The Executive Assistant (CMO / CNMO) is accountable for the provision of high quality and timely support to the Barwon Health Executive. This includes providing proficient and confidential administrative services and secretariat support to the Chief Medical Office, Chief Nursing and Midwifery Officer, nominated Board and Executive Committees, the preparation of correspondence, briefings, diary management and record management that help the Executive be as efficient, effective and productive as possible. The Executive Assistant (CMO / CNMO) will be responsible for the implementation and maintenance of office systems that support governance and functions within the responsible directorates and across the corporate office. The Executive Assistant (CMO / CNMO) manages a variety of duties while serving as the point of contact for the Executive. The Executive Assistant (CMO / CNMO) will demonstrate adept communication skills, flexibility, proactive logistics, and experienced capability to manage demands and expectations prone to changing on a day-to-day basis.
