Our client is wishing to grow and expand their operations, and they are seeking an experienced and skilled Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to their legal team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain the schedules of legal professionals, including arranging meetings, appointments, and conference calls.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for attorneys and other legal staff.
- Prepare and edit legal documents, correspondence, and presentations with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Assist in the organization and maintenance of legal files, documents, and databases.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and partners.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, ensuring timely and appropriate responses.
- Conduct legal research and compile information as needed to support legal proceedings and projects.
- Provide general administrative support, including managing expense reports, processing invoices, and ordering supplies.
- Collaborate effectively with other administrative staff members and legal professionals to ensure smooth and efficient operations within the legal department.
