Our General Manager and the Foodies team require the support of a well organised and proactive Executive Assistant to keep the busy team's administration functions running smoothly. We are a positive, agile & diverse bunch who enjoy a challenge, take ownership and support each other and a team who will value your contribution.
A fast paced role, we still offer the opportunity to work part-time hours from Monday - Friday. (approx. 23 hours per week)
Position Summary
Joining a passionate and energetic team you will enjoy a diverse range of administrative and coordination activities.
You will thrive in a busy, dynamic environment and your responsibilities will include:
- Effective diary management
- Scheduling and coordinating team meetings
- Organising, booking and managing business travel and travel profiles
- Processing purchase orders, claims, expenses and reimbursements
- Maintaining positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Preparing various forms of written documentation and communications, assisting with PowerPoint presentations, and creating accurate reports
- Upholding high levels of professionalism and confidentiality
- Organising team events that might include arranging and confirming venues, catering, attendees, and associated travel; as well as preparing required materials and documents

- Stepping into a busy, fast paced environment you will be an energetic, team player who can juggle multiple activities with positivity and a smile.
- You will demonstrate impressive prioritisation and time management abilities and have a natural flair for keeping people organised.
- Your service orientation and confident communication style both written and verbal, will be pivotal as you work collaboratively with a diverse range of cross-functional stakeholders at various levels of the organisation.
- Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications are essential.
- Demonstrated experience in a similar role, in a large, complex and fast-paced organisation is required.
