Position Snapshot

Our General Manager and the Foodies team require the support of a well organised and proactive Executive Assistant to keep the busy team's administration functions running smoothly. We are a positive, agile & diverse bunch who enjoy a challenge, take ownership and support each other and a team who will value your contribution.

A fast paced role, we still offer the opportunity to work part-time hours from Monday - Friday. (approx. 23 hours per week)

Position Summary

Joining a passionate and energetic team you will enjoy a diverse range of administrative and coordination activities.

You will thrive in a busy, dynamic environment and your responsibilities will include:

  • Effective diary management
  • Scheduling and coordinating team meetings
  • Organising, booking and managing business travel and travel profiles
  • Processing purchase orders, claims, expenses and reimbursements
  • Maintaining positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Preparing various forms of written documentation and communications, assisting with PowerPoint presentations, and creating accurate reports
  • Upholding high levels of professionalism and confidentiality
  • Organising team events that might include arranging and confirming venues, catering, attendees, and associated travel; as well as preparing required materials and documents

  • Your service orientation and confident communication style both written and verbal, will be pivotal as you work collaboratively with a diverse range of cross-functional stakeholders at various levels of the organisation.
  • Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications are essential.
  • Demonstrated experience in a similar role, in a large, complex and fast-paced organisation is required.
