Salary Range: $85,000 - 90,000 per annum + Superannuation
Job Type: Full-time permanent (also available in 3 month contract)

About client:
Our client is a well known not for profit organisation in Perth, WA. They are seeking an Executive Assistant to the CEO to replace a staff member who is leaving.
Key Responisibilities:
Board and Leadership Support:
- Review draft Board/committee papers for the CEO's editing and approval.
- Coordinate the collection, presentation, and distribution of meeting papers and documentation, providing thorough and timely follow-up on key issues and tasks that need action.
- Attend relevant Board and committee meetings as requested (some may be outside regular hours).
- Manage and coordinate reporting requirements for the Advocare Board and committees.
- Support the Board in recruitment, induction, and travel arrangements.
- Collaborate with the leadership team to produce high-level reports and offer timely feedback.
- Develop and maintain the planning calendar for the Leadership Team and Board.
- Assist the Leadership Team with governance and compliance tasks.
- Proactively provide advice and assistance to the Leadership Team.
- Support effective communication and information flow within the Leadership Team.
CEO Support:
- Manage the CEO’s calendar and provide advice to optimise scheduling.
- Oversee the CEO’s emails, ensuring timely responses internally and externally.
- Monitor the CEO’s action list to ensure timely information exchange and alleviate any bottlenecks.
- Schedule, prepare for, coordinate, and minute meetings as needed.
- Conduct background research to anticipate issues and provide well-informed summaries and recommendations, enabling the CEO to make timely decisions.
- Draft and review the CEO’s correspondence and responses before distribution.
- Assist in drafting, editing, and reviewing documents, including new projects, programs, and tender materials.
- Help the CEO with urgent media coordination and speech/response drafting.
- Reconcile the CEO's expenses in accordance with relevant procedures.
Organisational Support:
- Identify potential issues with existing administrative systems, propose improvements, and contribute to the development and implementation of enhanced procedures and processes.
- Conduct research and projects as required within the context of your role.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Proven experience in an Executive Assistant role, preferably supporting C-level executives.
- Experience with risk and compliance, governance and working alongside C-suite and Boards
- Experience managing complex calendars and meeting logistics.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with a proven ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other productivity tools.
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
- Ability to exercise discretion and maintain confidentiality in handling sensitive information
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- High level of professionalism and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
