Based in our Belmont Head off, as our CEO’s Executive Assistant, you will be able to provide invaluable support, anticipate their needs and plan for every eventuality. In addition, you will work closely with the wider executive team, and our company secretary to provide support to our board. Each day will be a little different, but key tasks will include: Managing the CEO’s diaries. Supporting with all CEO correspondence and stakeholder management – highlighting urgent and important items. Working with the CEO to prepare, review and approve board papers. Liaising with our company secretary to manage board processes. Preparing agendas and meetings, as well as taking minutes. Ensuring CEO expenses, reimbursements and receipts follow correct internal accounts procedures. Coordinating travel arrangement as required (this could also include preparing schedules and agendas when required.) Providing general advice and input to the CEO and executive team during executive meetings and forums. Our ‘must haves’ Experience within a similar role is essential for this position. Excellent time management, organisation, and prioritisation skills. Advanced proficiency in MS office suite and document management. Ability to maintain a high level of integrity and discretion when handling confidential information. Friendly and professional demeanour with an ability to deal with various stakeholders – both internally and externally.
