What's Involved?
- Provide a confidential, efficient, customer focused and proactive executive business administrative support service to the CEO;
- Work with General Managers and Operations Manager to ensure General Reports, Members Lists and annual finances are lodged by the due date;
- Support the CEO in remote decision making, business management and ensure that the CEO is advised of urgent matters requiring their attention or issues that may be arising across the business;
- Liaise with stakeholders and Board of Directors when coordinating meetings, conferences, workshops, travel and accommodation;
- Provide a key liaison role between the CEO and General Managers and entity Managers, including seeking information relating to research tasks and/or briefing material, distribution of work and relaying of instruction and or arranging meetings and appointments;
- Undertake research, assist with investigations and prepare reports of presentation for the CEO.
- Interpret, compile, distribute and appropriately record minutes from board meetings on a monthly basis and in a timely manner.
- Maintain the CEO's calendar and ensure the efficient time management of the CEO by ensuring they have all they require for each meeting including previous minutes and agendas and are briefed on significant issues.
- Coordinate and liaise with major stakeholders, and the general public directly and promptly with judgement, sensitivity and discretion with judgement, sensitivity and discretion.

- Proactively manage correspondence, both e-mails and letters received. This includes preparation of responses and briefing notes as required, keeping the CEO regularly updated on the status of sensitive or time critical matters.
