The Role
We are currently seeking an Executive Assistant& Office Managerto join our team at AuctionsPlus on part-time flexible hours spread across 5 days a week. This position would be best suited to someone who has a strong desire to provide a high standard service to the people and functions they support.
Based in our North Sydney office, this position will see the successful applicant responsible for a number of tasks and splitting their time across a number of functions which will require the successful applicant to be able to juggle different stakeholders and priorities.
What will this position be responsible for?
Executive Assistant to our CEO & Executive:
- Working closely with the CEO, you will be responsible for providing our CEO support with calendar management, inbox management, booking and changing travel as required and additional ad-hoc administrative tasks such as printing, filing and collating documentation.
- This will require intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, the Microsoft product suite.
General Office Support & Management:
- Working closely with People & Culture, from time-to-time you may be responsible for assisting with the smooth running of the office, this might include tasks such as stock replenishment (e.g. stationery and Woolworths food orders), catering, booking offsite functions and assisting with ad-hoc administrative tasks.
The successful person will truly be an office all-rounder, will demonstrate a strong willingness to jump into assist in any tasks both big and small and at times the less desired or boring tasks. It will require someone with strong communication skills, the ability to multi-task and prioritise multiple tasks, functions and people and the confidence to set expectations when required.
