- Provide comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to the Representative Director.
- Manage schedules, coordinate travel, and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Offer administrative support to team members, including email and fax management, meeting coordination, and report collation.
- Contribute to office management by overseeing facilities, supplies, and service contracts, ensuring a safe and quality environment.
- Participate as a member of the APPEC Organizing Committee, coordinating meetings and events, and providing top-tier support during conferences.
- Proven experience in a similar role, with exceptional organizational skills.
- Strong communication abilities and the capacity to liaise with personnel at all levels.
- Adept at handling confidential information and making administrative decisions.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects with attention to detail.
