We are in the market for a highly organised and enthusiastic individual to fill the newly created position of Executive Assistant to the Director Business Services. You are passionate about your profession and enjoy the rewards of a good challenge as well as providing a high level of professional secretarial support to your Director and leadership team.
This role is unique in the sense that you will not only be providing effective administration but also assisting with the implementation of programs and initiatives adopted in support of the Council’s Community Charter, Strategic Plan, and Directorate Business Plans.
What can you bring to the team?
- Secretarial or Business/ Finance qualifications.
- Significant experience in an office manager or secretarial/ personal assistant role.
- The ability to work independently with limited supervision.
- Advanced office and secretarial skills with exceptional written and oral communication skills.
- The ability to research, digest, analyse, and present material clearly and concisely.
- The ability to deliver training to a large number of City officers relating to finance and procurement.
The finer details
This permanent full-time Level 4 (four) position attracts a pro-rata salary range of $75, 419 to $81,093 gross per annum dependent on qualifications and experience. We are committed to creating a diverse and inclusive workforce.
