- Manage complex calendars and schedules for two Executive General Managers, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Coordinate and prepare materials for meetings, including agendas, presentations, and reports.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, screening and prioritizing communications as needed.
- Coordinate and organize events, conferences, and other special projects.
- Prepare and edit correspondence and other documents on behalf of the Executive General Managers.
- Maintain discretion and confidentiality in all internal and external relationships, engagements, and communications.
- Anticipate the needs of the Executive General Managers and proactively address administrative requirements to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role supporting senior executives, preferably supporting multiple executives simultaneously.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a high level of professionalism.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- High attention to detail and accuracy in all work tasks.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a collaborative team.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines as needed.
- Hybrid role - 3 days in the office and 2 days WFH.
