For an experienced Executive Assistant to join our high-performing team at IntoWork Australia.

About the Role:
The role of Executive Assistant to the Group CFO & General Counsel has been created to provide executive level support to the Group CFO and the General Counsel of the IntoWork Australia Group.
This Executive Assistant role, while providing key support, is largely self-directed. It is vital that the successful incumbent has the maturity and capability to handle multiple tasks and operate effectively at all times. Some travel will be required as part of this role.
Based at our head office in Northcote, this is a full-time, permanent role with hybrid working arrangements available.
Duties include:
· Diary management
· General administration support at a senior level
· Attendance at Board and Management meetings
· Meeting preparation & liaison
· Coordination of travel arrangements
· Financial transaction support
About You:
To be successful in this role you will be able to demonstrate the following:
- Strong experience in a similar role supporting senior executives or officials (essential)
- Experience in the Education, Training or Employment sectors is advantageous
- Certificate IV in Business/Business Administration or higher is highly desirable
- High level administration & office management skills
- Ability to work collaboratively & positively in a team environment
- Excellent communication skills & ability to build positive rapport quickly with internal & external stakeholders
- High attention to detail
- Strong data analysis & reporting abilities
- Sound judgement and decision-making skills
Applicants must be eligible to work in Australia. Current National Police & Working With Children Checks will be required and can be arranged for the successful applicant.
