About the role:
We're looking for a talented, highly skillful Executive Assistant to join Lumia Care and play a pivotal role in supporting our Group CEO, with a dotted line of providing executive assistance to our Group CFO.
As an Executive Assistant at Lumia Care you will have the unique opportunity to work closely with our Group CEO to ensure their day-to-day operations run smoothly.
This role requires a high level of discretion, diplomacy, organisation, and the ability to handle a variety of tasks efficiently, including multiple concurrent priorities.

Key responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact between our CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
- Manage and maintain calendars, scheduling appointments and meetings.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, and itineraries.
- Taking meeting minutes and following up on action items.
- Prepare executive level documents such as board and banking packs for the executive leadership team and board.
- Organise and assist with special projects and event management.
- Perform general administrative tasks to ensure smooth daily operations.
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role.
- Exceptional organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Advanced time management skills, capable of managing multiple priorities and adhering to tight deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Discretion and integrity in handling confidential information.
- Adaptability and the ability to work under pressure.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills.
- Strong administrative and spreadsheet skills with knowledge of MS Office.
