We are recruiting an experienced Executive Assistant to join our largest team.
About the Role
You will be responsible to provide a high standard of business and organisational support to our General Manager of Broking. Each day will involve any combination of the following tasks
- Coordinate the execution of strategic and project activities
- Effective running of leadership meetings, and leadership offsites, including structuring and helping to deliver company-wide communication
- Operate at a tactical, strategic, and operational level
- Act as the point of contact for the General Manager of Broking direct reports
- Promote team integration as well as cross-functional communication and collaboration
- Track high-priority initiatives
- Act as an adviser to the General Manager of Broking
- Diary, inbox, and document management
- Travel and accommodation coordination
- Meeting and event assistance including scheduling, catering, drafting communication and agendas
- Expense reimbursements
About You
You've been well entrusted to support an executive leader in previous roles. You have strong commercial acumen.
With a keen eye for detail, a knack for reading people, and a passion for sharing ideas, your inquisitive nature and professional maturity will see you hit the ground running in our team.
Your curiosity, initiative and integrity, will be well received by our General Manager of Broking. This is a busy, challenging, and rewarding role in our professional, ambitious, and highly reputable organisation.
