We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant for a part time position based in Concord NSW 2137.
This role will offer a variety of administration tasks allowing you to step up and take on the challenge of making a busy operation run efficiently. The EA serves as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders on a broad variety of tasks relating to the CEO.
The Key Areas of Responsibility for the Role include:
- Provide support, including preparation of letters, reports, minutes, filing and follow up on key tasks assigned to department managers.
- Manage the CEO’s appointments and travel arrangements.
- Manage company’s travel, transport and accommodation.
- Reconciling credit card and expenses.
- Oversee company’s record management systems.
- Co-ordinate relevant meetings and associated follow up.
- Undertake various projects requested by CEO.
Part time, 3 days a week, salaried position will be offered to the successful candidate selected for the position.
