We are currently embarking on a significant growth program
which will see the firm and the division flourish and expand. This change in collaboration
with Divisional Partners will be spearheaded by the Service Line Leader who
is seeking a proactive, pragmatic, business savvy and first class EA to assist
him manage a number of key priorities and ensure that his days run smoothly and
effectively.
The Role
You
will be responsible for providing first class administrative support to the Service Line and Service Line Partner that is
intuitive, proactive and highly efficient.
Your core duties will include:
- Prioritise and
ensure that reports, business papers and correspondence are dealt with
efficiently and promptly. - Maintain diary of
SLL and organise travel and other related arrangements as required. - Proactively co-ordinate meetings, manage attendance & prepare
documentation and reports as required. - Identify and take
any follow up action arising from agenda and meeting/board notes as required. - Provide
administrative support to the division other staff members as required - Build strong networks and relationships with clients and their EAs
- Carry
out special projects as allocated by the Service Line Leader
What we are looking for
- Demonstrated
significant senior Executive Assistant skills and experience working directly
with a Partner preferably gained within a professional services environment. - Strong
organizational skills that reflect ability to perform and prioritize multiple
tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail. - Very
strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with key stakeholders
within and outside the firm. - Expert
level written and verbal communication skills. - Demonstrated
proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making capability. - Highly
resourceful team-player, with the ability to also be extremely effective
independently. - Proven
ability to handle confidential information with discretion, be adaptable to
various competing demands, and demonstrate the highest level of client service
and response. - High-level computer literacy and application of
Microsoft Office products and digital/web based mediums - Tertiary Qualifications in Business
Administration or other relevant qualification will be highly regarded
