The Role
We are currently seeking a vibrant and experiencedExecutive Assistant to make a real contribution to the continued success of our Sydney office and national team. Your role will be assisting the CEO to implement the vision, strategy & direction of the broader business leadership team, keeping on top of diary meetings and emails. This role will offer lots of variety including personal matters in property development and management and taking a firm hand in managing personal finance affairs. There is an opportunity for you to be fully empowered by driving your own projects for the business.

You'll take ownership of:
- Coordinating and providing high level administrative support to the CEO
- Diary and email management
- Fully assisting of the CEO on company and personal matters
- Desk top publishing where needed
- Preparing daily, weekly and monthly Management reports using Excel
- Coordinating leadership meetings, minutes and agendas
- Ad hoc projects such as research, assistance with event management for charity days and internal events
- Maintaining a professional approach to all matters that come through the CEO's office
You'll need to have:
- Minimum 2+ years proven experience as an Office Manager or Executive Assistant
- Experience in providing Executive Assistance / Personal Assistance, or the desire to learn
- Smart, discreet and trustworthy
- Dedication and passion for organisation and administration
- An outgoing personality supported with complete discretion
- High organisation skills and outstanding attention to detail
- Forward thinking and versatile
- The ability to juggle a number of tasks and prioritise where appropriate
- Strong Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook knowledge
- Proactive approach to all tasks
- Exceptional communication, reliable and corporate presentation
- An active team player
