The Executive Assistant will be responsible for providing high-level executive administration assistance to the General Manager and Executive Leadership Team.
Key responsibilities include:
- Provide high quality secretarial services to the General Manager and Executive Leadership Team, including diary management, travel coordination, meeting and workshop management, record-keeping, correspondence and general typing
- Manage calendars and schedules to ensure that the General Manager has all required information.
- Assist and oversee the development, collation and delivery of key executive level documents and reports
- Filing systems – ensure accurate records management procedures are followed
- Prepare, proof and organise placement of advertisements for newspapers
- Attend meetings, prepare and produce minutes therefrom.
